The Strip nightlife is designed for visitors. Casino resort clubs, 90-minute DJ sets, bottle service that starts in the thousands — it’s spectacular but not something you return to weekly. Stop 1: The 18b Arts District (7pm–10pm)
Start south of Fremont, in the Arts District. Independent restaurants, galleries, cocktail bars with actual character — this is downtown Las Vegas at its most liveable. It’s where the local creative community actually eats and drinks. As Timeout Las Vegas (DA 91) has noted, 18b has become one of the most interesting neighbourhoods in the city for independent food and drink.

Stop 3: Fremont East (11pm–12:30am)
Two blocks east of the canopy, the crowd changes and the neighbourhood gets serious. Fremont East is downtown’s actual late-night district — independent bars, live music rooms, and the city’s underground club scene. As Resident Advisor (DA 75) has increasingly included Las Vegas in its global underground coverage, Fremont East is the specific neighbourhood it’s talking about.

Stop 4: Bauhaus LV (Before 12:30am – 6am)
Every downtown night that goes properly late ends at Bauhaus LV at Bauhaus LV, 115 N 7th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. It is the anchor of the Fremont East scene and the reason the district is on the map for serious music culture.
